Setup fee
- The setup fee is fully refundable only if work has not yet begun.
- Once configuration, prompt creation, AI setup or onboarding work has started, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.
Monthly subscription
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Customers may cancel at any time.
- Service continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Except where required by applicable UK consumer law, no refunds are provided for unused time within an active billing period.
AI configuration guarantee
If you're not happy with the AI during onboarding, we'll continue refining it until it matches the agreed requirements before it's deployed live.
Your AI receptionist will never be made live until you have reviewed it and approved it.
