GarageCallAI is a trading name of BespokeCall AI Ltd, company number 17445303, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

• Customer information is only collected when it is genuinely necessary to deliver the service.
• Data is stored securely using encrypted connections, secure hosting and access controls.
• Only authorised administrators can access customer information, and their access is logged.
• AI prompts and configuration are treated as confidential business information.
• Customer business information is never sold to third parties or used for advertising.
• We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data.
• All processing is carried out in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Customers can request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal data at any time. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing, or receive a copy of your data in a portable format. We will respond within the timescales set by UK GDPR.

To exercise any right, email info@garagecallai.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

When calls are handled through the AI receptionist, information processed in connection with the call may include the caller's name, telephone number, vehicle registration and relevant vehicle information where provided, appointment, booking or enquiry information, a call transcript, an AI-generated call summary, and other information voluntarily provided by the caller during the enquiry.

GarageCallAI does not currently store call audio recordings as part of the Service. Call transcripts and AI-generated call summaries may be processed and stored as necessary to provide and support the Service. Relevant information from a call may also be communicated to the garage through its configured notification channels, which may include WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Where we handle personal information on behalf of your business (for example, callers to your garage), BespokeCall AI Ltd trading as GarageCallAI acts as a data processor and you act as the data controller. The applicable Data Processing Terms are set out in Schedule 1 of the GarageCallAI Business Service Agreement, which forms the controller-processor agreement between us where they apply. For information we collect for our own purposes (such as your account details), BespokeCall AI Ltd trading as GarageCallAI is the data controller.
